Tsuba with Chrysanthemums and Bush Clover
(Japanese Military Armor)
This tsuba is decorated with autumn flowers in gold enamel. Chrysanthemums fill the right side of the tsuba and bush clover is on the left. The surrounding rim has a crenellated design. The composition on the back of the tsuba is the reverse of the front composition, although it does not have the crenellated rim.
