Bird Bowl
This two-handled cup is a well preserved example of what is commonly known as an East Greek Bird bowl. Produced in the eastern Aegean, the decoration and form is fairly standard, with two horizontal handles, a small ring foot, and simple imagery, frequently including a bird in profile, as seen here. The decoration repeats on each side.
