Askos
The body of this askos resembles a hemisphere with a shallow, domed top and a flat bottom. It has a cylindrical, flaring neck and lip, with the lip connected to the body by an arching strap handle. A vessel of this shape would have been used to pour a liquid slowly, perhaps something like perfumed oil.
