The Virgin and Child each hold flowers in their right and left hands, respectively. Christ stands on the Virgin's left knee. The back of the carving has been cut out and scored for gluing to a throne. The Virgin's crown and the right arm of Christ are missing. The outer corners of the base have been cut in modern times.
