Masterpiece Rim Lock for a Chest with Lantern Style Mastpiece Key

Description Exhibitions Provenance Credit
Description This lock was designed to hang over the exterior edge of a chest. The keyhole is disguised by a hinged plate bearing an unidentified coat of arms. The three-dimensional geometric design of the key gives it an interesting character.
