Fuchi with Eibsu's Fishing Basket
(Japanese Military Armor)
The fuchi is carved to look like the rim of a fisherman's basket. A rod and fly are on the side of the basket. Because this is paired with a rice bale, it is a reference to the god of good fortune, Ebisu. The rice bale is on the kashira Walters 51.999.
