Tetradrachm of Antiochus IX
Obverse: Head of Antiochus IX, diademed, bearded, right; bead and reel border. Reverse: Altar, garlanded with conical canopy, within which the deity Sandan stands right, on the back of a goat or mythical creature right; creature at feet to left, cista (ceremonial basket) to right; to left in field, two monograms (control marks).
