ADORATION OF MAGI AND CRUCIFIXION
This diptych portrays two scenes. On the left, we see the Adoration of the Magi with a star represented in the sky and one of the wise men pointing to it in signification. On the right is Christ's crucifixion; a jet of blood has stricken the chest of Mary, who swoons and is supported by the Holy Women. Saint John the Evangelist cover his head with his cload and onlookers hold scross. Two angels hover above the cross holding the sun and the moon that are characteristic of this scene.
