Tsuba with Stag, Crane, Rock, and Fungus
(Japanese Military Armor)
Several auspicious signs appear on this tsuba. On the front, a crane in flight is shown at the upper right. A stag is at the lower left. Clouds and rocks also appear on the front. On the reverse, a perforated rock is at the right with a fungus at the left.
