Watch with Pair Case
(18th and 19th Centuries )
Charles Cabrier II was the most prominent member of the Cabrier family of watchmakers, Huguenots who fled France for London. He was apprenticed in 1726 and was a master watchmaker from 1757-1772.
The pair case is made of bloodstone (green jasper flecked with red).
