Mirror Support in the Form of Bes
(Ancient Egypt and Nubia )
Bes is shown open mouthed and standing on a round base. Bes has a beard of long, curled locks and wears a leopard's skin over the shoulders. The pierced prong for attachment to a mirror disc is preserved above the flat headdress.
