Thoth in the Form of a Baboon with Udjat Eye
(Ancient Egypt and Nubia )
Thoth was worshipped as the god of wisdom, but also as the moon god. Here, he holds the left so-called Udjat eye in his hands, which symbolizes the moon, while the right Udjat eye symbolizes the solar god.
