Fuchi with Paulownia Crests
(Japanese Military Armor)
Five gold paulownia crests ("mon") decorate the edge of this fuchi. Paulownia crests were used by the emperor and by some military rulers. The style of this crest is in keeping with those used by military rulers. This is part of a mounted set.
