Tsuka with Waves and Sea Animals
(Japanese Military Armor)
All along the scabbard, various fish and other sea creatures are shown swimming through waves. On the tsuka, a spiny lobster is on the front and a fish is on the back. Spiny lobsters are emblems of long life. This is part of a mounted set.
