Clock with Rectangular Base in the Form of a Fountain
French mantle clock with enamel dial and cast case. The clock is in the form of a fountain topped with a jug, a dish, a winged insect, and doves. Two satyr-masques on either side of the clock have jets of "water" falling from their mouths into two basins below. The dial is decorated with a ripple pattern in concentric circles. The lower part of the clock is decorated with a floral frieze, and the clock stands on four ball feet.
